Highlights of the year

In addition to top-class special exhibitions and a diverse program of events, many huge events also attract interested visitors to the museum. Most of the major events are jointly organized by the museums in the Grassi or realized thanks to the active support of various institutional or independent partners.

The Leipzig Photobook Festival is an international festival that places and celebrates the potential of the photobook medium in a contemporary context. The third Leipzig Photobook Festival 2024 is dedicated to the theme of "Protest".
